Moroccan-Spiced Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Rub the mixture over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and lemon wedges before serving.
