Ingredients:
- Filo pastry sheets: 8
- Unsalted butter, melted: 200g
- Pistachios, crushed: 250g
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Honey: 200g
- Water: 100ml
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Brush filo sheets with melted butter. Layer four in a dish.
- Mix pistachios with cinnamon and sprinkle over. Layer the remaining sheets.
- Cut into squares. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Heat honey, water, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Pour over hot baklava.
