Ingredients:
- 4 tuna steaks
- Olive oil for brushing
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Salsa:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Brush tuna steaks with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the tuna for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Serve the grilled tuna steaks with a generous helping of Mediterranean salsa.
