Grilled Tuna Steaks with Mediterranean Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salsa:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Brush tuna steaks with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the tuna for about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  5. Serve the grilled tuna steaks with a generous helping of Mediterranean salsa.
