Ingredients:
- 4 whole sea bream or sea bass
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons, sliced
- Fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the fish and make diagonal cuts on each side.
- Brush the fish with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Place lemon slices inside the cuts.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until the skin is crisp.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
