Grilled Greek-Style Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole sea bream or sea bass
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • Fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean the fish and make diagonal cuts on each side.
  3. Brush the fish with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Place lemon slices inside the cuts.
  5. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until the skin is crisp.
  6. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
