Ingredients:
- 200g ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 litre chicken or vegetable stock
- 200ml coconut milk
- Toppings: Sliced spring onions, boiled egg, nori, and sesame seeds
