Classic Garlic and Rosemary Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the lamb chops with the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
