Brazilian Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients:

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the swordfish steaks in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the swordfish for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
