Ingredients:
- 100g pitted black olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp capers
- Olive oil
- 200g chickpeas, cooked
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pita bread for serving
Instructions:
- For tapenade: Blend olives, garlic, capers, and enough olive oil to achieve a paste-like consistency.
- For hummus: Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. While blending, pour in olive oil until smooth.
