    • If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen strawberries, there’s no need to thaw them.
    • Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    • Place the fresh or frozen strawberries, banana chunks, plain yogurt, milk, and sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener) into a blender.
  3. Add Ice Cubes (Optional):
