Tapenade and Hummus with Pita Bread

Ingredients:

  • 100g pitted black olives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Olive oil
  • 200g chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pita bread for serving

Instructions:

  1. For tapenade: Blend olives, garlic, capers, and enough olive oil to achieve a paste-like consistency.
  2. For hummus: Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. While blending, pour in olive oil until smooth.
